How I research every guide

I don’t just repeat manufacturer marketing copy. For every product I cover, I go through the full range of verified buyer reviews — not just the top 5 or the ones a listing highlights by default. This matters because review pages are often skewed: a shopper who only reads the first page of reviews gets a partial (and sometimes misleadingly positive or negative) picture. I read across the full spread — the 5-stars, the 1-stars, and everything in between — to summarize what real buyers experienced, without cherry-picking or bias toward either extreme.
